Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Pure Productive Services stands behind all of its work and the work of its employees. The company offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of the job, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +1-855-558-7873 and we will address your concerns. If we cannot fully satisfy the concerns, we will refund you for that portion of the job.
Bookings and Cancellations
For existing clients, bookings are accommodated as best as possible and payment is due after services rendered. For new clients, a credit card number must be on file to hold an initial booking. The card will be billed immediately upon completion of services or the client may elect to pay cash in advance of the service.
Pure Productive Services requires a minimum of 48-hour cancellation notice in advance of any booking, weekends and holidays included, with no cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice are subject to a service fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. If our crew arrives at the site and does not have access, they will leave the site and the full-service fee will be charged to the client.
For customers with a service agreement, two-week notice is required to cancel the agreement. Continual or repeated cancellations of specific contractual cleaning services with less than 48-hour notice may lead to cancellation of the entire contract.
Unused gift cards may be returned to Pure Productive Services for a full refund within 120 days. Afterward they may be returned for 50% credit.
